INGREDIENTS
- 6 carrots, peeled
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the braai for direct cooking over medium heat 190°C.
- Place the carrots in a large pot of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the water and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and cinnamon.
- Grill the carrots over direct medium heat for 6 minutes, rotating at least twice. Brush with the melted butter sauce during the last 3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
